GROUP CLASSES

Our Group Classes aren't like other group classes! Our classes are designed to be fun and challenging. A place to sweat, play and connect.​

We want you to find your limitless potential while enjoying your fitness journey, without judgement or the need to prove anything.

With classes on offer for everyone and every mood - from Barre to HIIT, Mat Pilates to Yoga and Stretch, we invite you to make our studio your own.

GROUP CASSSES

REFORMER PILATES

Our Reformer studio is designed to create a cozy and welcoming environment. With a modern approach to Pilates that is grounded in the Joseph Pilates principles, our Reformer classes are designed to CHALLENGE and INSPIRE you daily. With only 6 people per class, ​our multi-level classes can be adjusted for each individual to ensure you are feeling the burn in all the right places, whilst moving safely and building strength efficiently. You will leave each class taller, stronger and ready for anything.

MAT PILATES


CONDITIONING. ENDURANCE. BREATH.

Our Mat Pilates classes aren't your ordinary Pilates class. We design each class around flow and pace to increase the challenge and focus required in each exercise. Taught only by our qualified Crew and Mat Pilates instructors, we know you are in the best hands to be lead through a fun and firey Pilates session that will sculpt your muscles whilst challenging your endurance, stamina, and stability.

REFORMER JUMP


DYNAMIC. STRENGTH, CONDITIONING.

Using the jump-board as the main prop, prepare to feel those muscles work! Hello abs! Our Reformer Jump is dynamic, intense and sweaty. You will work your whole body, with a deep focus on abs, glutes and legs. 

Please note this class is open-level, however is not suitable during second and third trimester of pregnancy.

DYNAMIC YOGA

 
MOBILITY. STRENGTH. MINDFULNESS.

Our Dynamic Yoga classes combine movement and breath, joined together in powerful sequences that will help you develop flexibility, form and fluidity. These classes are moderately paced, steady and mindful and open to all levels.

BARRE


DYNAMIC. HIGH ENERGY. BURN.

Strength and cardio come together to give you that true Barre burn!! Designed using the principles of Pilates with the energy and flow of dance to improve your endurance, cardiovascular strength and balance. Experience high energy, good tunes and killer moves to challenge your mental and physical strength. Targeting and challenging all muscle groups, you’ll feel the burn and see the results in no time!

CREW STRONG

 
STRENGTH. TONE. CONDITIONING.

Strength training meets Pilates. This Pilates based class works to strengthen the body from the inside out, with a focus on functional movement and core control. This class is a whole lot of fun but don't let that fool you ... it is a serious workout that will have you walking out at the end feeling taller, more connected and challenged. Get ready to meet muscles you didn't know you had!

STRETCH + RELEASE

 
FLEXIBILITY. MOBILITY. RECOVERY.

This class moves through the entire body and is designed to help you increase your mobility and range of motion, plus prevent injury at the same time. Alignment and spinal articulation are also big components of this class and you will do a combination of dynamic, isometric and active stretches to help increase your body’s overall flexibility.

REFORMER PILATES


STABILITY. STRENGTH, CONDITIONING.

These small group classes give you an intense and dynamic Pilates workout, adding resistance with the use of springs. This class is ideal for toning muscles, increasing stability through the joints, improving posture and flexibility, and providing a full body workout. Please contact us directly if you are pre-natal before booking your first class.

CREW POWER

 
DYNAMIC. STRENGTH. FOCUS.

Our Pilates Power fuses strength training with HIIT training to get the heart rate pumping and calories burning.  Designed to improve endurance and strength, each session promises a challenging and fun workout that will empower you to release that inner warrior and find new levels of fitness. 

While we want you to sweat - The focus on your form and technique will always be of upmost importance to get you results, fast.

CREW MUMMAS

GENTLE. STRENGTH. SUPPORTED.

A class where you can bring bubs along, move your body and have some laughs. Our Crew Mummas classes offer you a supportive return to exercise, where you can play and bond with your beautiful baby. Our skilled Pilates and Yoga instructors will ensure your body is gently and gradually challenged, building your core strength and general fitness back again safely.

*Once bubba is up and walking, it is time to 'graduate' to our main class schedule.
